Packers by 20+. Rodgers is going to spin that d-backfield like tops.
If I Was Green Bay I Would Be Very Worried

#37Everyone is drawing similarities to the giants super bowl run a few years ago.
You can even draw similarities between the giants and last years packers.
So only one question remains... what did the Mayan calendar predict?Comment -

Green Bay has looked so so
At LEAST SIX STARTERS have been out................how hard is this for you to figure out????
There are only 22 STARTERS on offense/defense.................thus GREEN BAY has been playing without 27% of their starters recently...............and still managed to go 15-1 as DEFENDING SUPERBOWL CHAMPS.Comment -

#43Yup I called this after they lost to GBOriginally posted by zoo youkThis is setting up like the giants super bowl year
If u remember giants lost by 3 to pats in one of the last games towards end of season, came away feeling very good from that game than ended up beating them in SB
Now GB beat giants by 3 a few weeks ago and they came away feeling good from that game feeling good and are now hitting on all cylinders going into GB
Just saying

I guess alot of you kids don't go all the way back to 2007 but how did New Orleans do in Chicago in January....and that was against REX GROSSMAN
Its been a mild winter and NO has a decent chance if its 40 degrees out but it won't be the Superdome.Comment -

#55This thread needs to be destroyed. After reading some of these posts, actually even after reading the first few words in the first post. Really?? Top QB and Top WR?? Over the Packers?? HAHAHA. Yes the Giants have a nice squad, but this is the end of the road for them. So before people pretend to listen to this thread, know that Green Bay is going to win the game. Yes, the ML value is pretty good for the match-up, but its useless if the Giant's are not going to win the game. I think people really trying to reach out to find an underdog team to bet on to try to make more bank. Instead of doing that, if you really do believe that the Giants are going to win, just be safe and take the 9 points. You can thank me later.Comment -

#65Packers roll. Giants caught Green Bay on a crazy win streak and the Packers were not 100 percent focused. Game meant way more to NY the first time around. Packers flip the switch this weekend and flex their muscles on the Giants. Atlanta Falcons made the Giants look better then they are.Comment -

#67Stop watching the dummies on ESPN and listening to their blathering about a 9-7 football team. The talk about how hot the Giants are and the Packers are on the decline is nonsense. Packers lost @ KC that's true. Tough place to play, not a very good team although they did beat the Packers and Broncos in the last 3 weeks and lost to the Raiders in overtime. That same weekend Giants lost to the GD Redskins, at home, with their playoff chances up in the air. Since the loss to KC the Packers have scored 81 points in 2 games and threw for 11 TDs.
The last 2 Giant Games Rodgers has thrown for over 350 and 4 TDs in each game. Also, for as terrible as GBs defense is they only gave up 22 PPG while the Giants gave up 25.Comment -

#68You can point out plenty of stats and reasons for both sides of games. The problem many handicappers have is they have an idea of who they think will win before capping, and only look for the positives on that side and negatives on the other side.
For example, many people in this thread are ignoring the fact that GB leads the league in interceptions BY FAR, have the #1 scoring offense in the league, have 6 starters returning from injury, the giants have the #29 ranked pass defense, giants have the #32 ranked rushing offense, etc etc.
Yeah, you have many good points for why you think the Giants will win/cover and yes many are valid but you can't wear rose colored glasses if you are going to attempt to cap a game.Comment -

#69Gilly, this is the first time this Giants team is healthy all season. The only missing piece is Terrell Thomas on defense. Still, it's win or go home, and even if you're the better team, and you win this matchup 99/100, all we need is that one victory to advance.Comment -
