They are 2 for 8 from the floor in the first seven minutes so far, with five turnovers.

Plenty of teams have inflated records at the start of conference play and DePaul has been plain terrible the past few years. I dont understand what it is you are confused about.

They are much much improved though, I saw this as a let down game after the Pitt win. Melvin and Young are a great combo though

I thought that was something that they could build on, Nova is really bad at this point of the season

They have 2 Big East level players. Their best player, Melvin Cleveland, is not the best player on the court consistently, and they need him to be. Hence why they beat all the scrubs, and will struggle against Big East teams.

I do not like this situation. Big time letdown, after an unexpected early conference home win.

thats because they average 21 fouls a game, and they turn the ball over like a hot potatoe

One word. Melvin. That's their best player. He's been tanking some games....doing the disappearing act and at time just didn't want to put the basket in. Watch how he intentionally miss his free throws. He get his head out of his as....teaming with Young...they're a good team...not great but can compete with anyone.
