placing a bet with a book is like making a wager with your buddy
with one important difference, the books have ALL the information, and you only have a small part of that information, the books input their data into powerful cpus using advanced mathematical models, you just take your incomplete data and form a guestimate opinion, even if there are some mathematicians which use their knowledge they still operate on way less information and resources than bookmakers
also unlike your friend, the book charges commission
people that think they can 'study' and beat the book are just dreamers
there are much more effective ways to win at gambling but 'studying' is not one of themComment -
