    i didnt even know they had live chat, I always emailed them, and they usually respond back in 10 mins

      I'm just curious, how long did you wait before posting this? Simply an observation, but you seem to have a lot of complaints and problems with certain books that very few others have complaints about.

              I waited until it timed out. But it makes no sense to not have live chat up as major games have yet to start at that point in time or are just starting.

              Seems very odd that there is nobody on live chat...

              I did not think of the hurricane though.

                  Yes, I have had complaints with the following books.

                  -betus
                  -5 dimes (CS Swore me out)
                  -Beted (debited echeck multiple times against my account)

                  But having live chat the icon indicated it was available and then walla nobody answered after it timed out.

                        its terrible CSR when the live chat icon is blinking available and you click it and you wait until it times out... and says nobody is available... thats like false advertising...

                                I think BetJams Customer Service is very good.

                                Silly question, okay...so your timed chat expired....any reason why you didn't email them or call them?

                                Why run to this board and bitch about their chat not working? Most would have picked up the phone or emailed them, and had their issue resolved.

                                  The customer service at BetJam is terrible. When you call you usually get a person who can speak barely a lick of English.

                                  Good thing CS is not something needed often at BetJam.

                                      First of all I don't have an account at Betjm... I'm a new client... I'm not going to sign up and give my information out without having contact with them.

                                      If I wanted to speak broke spanglish to someone I would call sportsbooks more often. also getting the text from the conversation in writing thats important. People have problems with bonus/rollovers all the time. Live chat is your friend when depositing.

                                      If I would have tried to just click the live chat 1x, and posted... I mean thats like calling your cable company and having them tell you to unplug your modem for 30 seconds...and reboot your computer... I mean seriously...
