There is this guy who walks into a bar and notices a man 12 inches tall playing the piano. He asks what it is all about and the barman tells him he'll tell him later.

Dom: I can't think of anything at the moment. I'm assuming that you're not inflicted with any deadly illnesses. Be happy that you don't have terminal cancer. People's frames of mind change everyday. One minute I'm sky high, the next minute I'm alone. My parents got stripped from me too early (53 and 40 years old when they died). Some days, I think that I can't live without them. Some days I wonder, how am I going to survive life? Like you, I'm still on this earth and we need to think about the good things. Not money. Let's think about sports, or whatever you enjoy in life. I love animals. I can be down in the dumps and I pet an animal or take care of one of my animals that are helpless and depend on me, it tells me that I have a purpose in life. When you're out, at a store or anywhere, try to help someone with a door or anything (it makes you feel better). I don't know your life but think about all of the good things about "DOM" and indulge in it and be proud of yourself. Go to a park or take a walk. It sometimes brings serenity. Fight the tough times because we all have them. Believe me, I'm down myself today but I fight that negative feeling for all that it's worth. Take a walk around the mall. I helps you stay in shape, keeps your mind busy, and just the atmosphere of people being around is good for you.

I know that I'm rambling but assess your situation and think, "how can I make my life better?", and do 1 thing to work on that or make plans to when you're able to fix whatever bothers you. Life is a mind game friend. Only the strong survive and if you're in good health, fight for the feeling that you want. Patience is a priority.

Thanks for those who posted... Will, you made me tear up a lil, it's nice to know that a complete stranger like yourself will take the time to post positive messages like that. I wasn't in the mood to do any capping today, but went on ahead and capped. Kinda took my mind off ease for a lil bit. I know things will get better, however today is one of those rollercoaster days in which ya hope the folks who built the coaster forgot to finish it, and whamo you come crashing down.
