Refused payout from A rated book

I am being refused a payout from a well known A rated book.

I signed up at this book and took the initial bonus on offer understanding that I would need to wager so much to release this. Unfortunately I lost all of my money and the bonus. After a while I got some more money in here, won a bit, and requested a withdrawal. They are refusing, saying I still need to complete the rollover for the initial deposit, totally ignoring the fact that I lost all of my money and that bonus.

Surely this is not right and any wagering should be reset when losing. Can anyone confirm what is the standard practice here?

This must be some type of mixup or misunderstanding, hard to speculate just exactly whats causing this without knowing all the details. If you deposit $X, receive a deposit bonus, you'd have to clear whatever rollovers in place, but if you LOSE your deposit that bonus expires because you went bust before completing the rollover.

I think you should fill out this complaint form just so some more light can be shed on this matter.

CrazyL, this is exactly what happened.

I put in $2.5k and they upped it to $3k with the bonus. Then I went and blew all of this. Now they are saying I still need to finish the rollover for that initial deposit.

The book is on recommended list - A+ !!!

If you've asked to speak to an account manager and this has done nothing, then yes filing a complaint form would be your next step.

The rollover they are quoting is puely for the sign up bonus.

Once you lost the money on the original deposit, your contract with them has been completed. If you didnt receive a second bonus on the deposit you won money on, they are totally in the wrong. That has to be a mistake by the customer service person, if you are indeed telling us the truth?

I quite like the book so don't want to name them at the moment. However, I have spoken to 3 different people and they all claim to have liased with the payments department.

And the book in question is Legendz.

I have heard of lower rated books trying to make this kind of thing fly but it doesn't sound like the Legendz I know.

Either we are missing some key information or this should be sorted out with one quick phone call from SBR (if not sooner).

He didn't specify A+, and even if he had there'd still be 4 that fit that description just off the top of my head. But you're right, it doesn't really matter since I'm sure it'll get worked out, I was just curious more than anything.

I had a problem with my bonus, spoke to the supervisor yesterday, bonus situation all taken care of. Very simple.

I think you should have done that before you started this thread.

I would always call and verify that the bonus doesn't "carry over" when you redeposit at some place you blew out.

Bonus sharks can tear up books by repeatedly blowing out their bonus, and redepositing.

Knowing nothing more, I think you're getting a raw deal.

Legendz is SOLID !!! They always give me a clear understanding on what I need to deposit to get a bonus, after I have gotten payouts. They are the only book in which all the CS clerks are on the same page!!!
