I have a question about posting a youtube video

This might be a stupid question but how do I post a youtube video where it isn't a link. Your actually looking at the video screen. Looking to post a video in the forum. I assume this is called embedding. I am not savy with this so please dumb it down when explaining if anyone can. It would be greatly appreciated. thanks
