Evening walk went well. Made it 3.25 miles before having to stop for a rest break and then started on my way back.

To the cold fuzzies, remember everyone can, will and does learn something from everyone which is why a POSITIVE outlook on life goes a long way. Maybe give it a go some time and you'll see the results.
