Before I applied on 11/19/2011, and got decision on 11/25/2011. Then I tried again on 12/31/2011 with a Betislands account that I signed up through SBR links, still pending.

they add an automatic week delay for starting threads like this one. 2-4 business days means 2-4 business days.
