it's taboo, American betters are taught -110 anything higher and you are a fool.

In europe I mean you get three way odds but the bookies have enormous margins. You realize this if you been betting for a while.

You should be real satisfied having -110 -110 style odds. That's all I can say.

Ive seen euro bookies having soccer games at something like
        Home win: 1.05
        Draw: 5
        Away win: 20

Soccer is always a tough bet with the three damn outcomes.............. I love parlaying 2-5 really good teams and not sweating out if a team wins by 10 instead of 9 points etc. But we all have our differences, huh?

Find teams that have that extra motivation to win. It could be a fav or a dog. Just be careful with favs....because of the risk and reward factor. Had Oregon-190 yesterday...felt good that i didn't have to worry about the points even though they covered. The favs went 5-1 on the ML yesterday.

I made a killing this season on NFL underdog ML. Also, ML parlays are very profitable.

If I had killed the idea of refusing to lay ML's in tennis (not $1.05 but maybe $1.50) instead of playing the handicaps on favourites most of the time, I'd have a lot more cash. Should've done it years ago. Maybe I finally will this year.

Plus the payout decreases dramatically after parlays of more than 2 teams..

I'm a big ml bettor myself with spreads 7 or lower......

Also like to parlay 2 medium favorite ml's ( like -250 and -300) that I do not think will lose but iffy with the spread

A sharp bettor told me one time that betting ml's is the only way to truly make money over time because you are always betting with what the team is trying to do

No simple answer to this question.

You could write a very long essay on the issues of incentives, the situational aspects, backdoor covers and how odds are 'shaded' in different sports.
