Penn State don't look like they want to be here at all and Keenum is on pace to set all TicketCity Bowl Records for a QB that will never be touched either because this lame espn3 bowl will get canceled or even if it lasts for the next 5+ years it won't matter no QB will likely be able to do what Keenum can from a stats point.
