yes you can withdrawal via **/**. but even if its a gift card bookmaker/dsi sports will still make you fax the papers and all that other info. betonline only ask for picture of front and back of the gift card

I dont like a paper trail....the "government requirement of your SSI#" is a red flag for me

ill stick with ** I think....little harder to have a trail if you are just using names...anyone can make up names
