Eli knows how to win games and drive. Anyone would be willing to go with Eli when the game is on the line then Romo. Romo may put up better "stats" on paper, but I'll gladly take Eli to give me the W when I'm down and I need a win. That's the truth. And FYI, Eli just broke the single season most TD in the 4th Quarter at 15.. Previously tied with his brother Peyton and Johnny Unitas. I'd say that's a winning QB..

Of course they beat the Lions & the Jets & the Giants at home with Rodgers 3 games Romo let slip away.

Just keep telling yourself that.Rodgers & Brady & Brees beat teams with a D worse than Dallas's on a regular basis.

Talked about this in Monday's blog and i completely blame garret... thoughts?

I hope I can save the Cowboys a lot of trouble right now when I say Jason Garrett must go. As a long-suffering Chargers fan under Norv Turner I can tell you right now that the two are eerily similar—solid offensive coordinators who just can’t manage a game.
It’s hard to be a NFL coach with all the problems that comes at you, but when you bring that trouble to yourself, not just once but repeatedly, it’s time to go.
The Cowboys had complete control of their division at 7-4 and while some will try to blame Romo, I completely say it falls on the shoulders of Garrett, as going into Arizona before Jason Garrett iced his own kicker leading to a loss. He followed that week by blowing a 12-point lead against the Giants with five minutes left, and while I won’t blame him for the Eagles loss in a meaningless game last week, his team’s complete failure to show up in last night’s winner take all rematch against the G-men should tell Cowboys fans all they need to know.... that he can’t lead.
Look, everyone in the NFL has talent, but the great teams have the coaches that can get that talent focused on a championship. Norv never could and that’s why he will be out, Spagnoula never did which is why he will reportedly be fired this week too, and Jason Garret doesn’t do it either because Jason Garret coaches a game like someone with ADD having sex—if he doesn’t take care of you early, there’s no way he’s going to remember to finish you off at the end.

Stale and dated stereotype...10 INT this year (and 31 TD)

that's less than Brady, Brees, Roethlisberger, Manning, Vick

only "elite" QB less is Rodgers

Romo is not the Cowboys' problem

It's easy to look at those stats & jump to the conclusion he's elite.here's the thing-his 10 ints cost them 3 games(that's being generous) where Rodgers int's cost GB no games. On paper Romo's top 10 but on the field he's 2nd best especially in big games.

Green bay has a much better offensive program then Dallas. Look what Flynn was able to do. Romo threw two bad picks vs the Lions, one was nit his fault, it is not his fault two were returned for touchdowns, there were alot of missed tackles , I understand your an offensive player , but the guy returning it was a defensive player. The jets game where he fumbled, he hit Miles Austin in the endzone and he dropped it ... The next play no one got open and Romo tried to run with it. The pick in that game Dez Bryant failed to cut back, then failed to chase after Revis once the pick happened , he paused for a sex and let Revis get about 15 yards. Unlike some of you guys who get your rocks off my trying to Make Romo look like a horrible QB, I acknowledge all aspects of the game and see things for the way they really happened. Here is a stay for you ... 5 ... That's how Manu rushing touchdowns Dallas had, and Romo had 1 of them. That needs to be fixed before this team will be successful

You're claiming objectivity while pointing the finger at other players play after the int's are thrown.Football is a team sport Rodgers (or any qb)is only as good(or bad) as his weapons will allow within reason. The guy(romo) completes over 60% of his passes & amassed over 4000 yds & the team is still floundering. If he played in GB they would miss the playoffs & everyone would blame defence. The point is with the defence dallas has the offence has to outscore the opposition ala NE,NO & GB & as good as ROMO's stats are he didn't put up the points vs some very suspect opponents.
