Because there isn't a policy about people not being allowed to post pics... other than frontal nudity and anything remotely related to child pornography. I find many pictures on here tasteless. They don't come down.

There IS however a policy - which John...you know that guy?... has stated repeatedly on here about not allowing homophobic slurs to be used to attack fellow posters. Hence using a warning to remind you of that policy before issuing someone an infraction.
