All i want to know is if they accept gift cards and what kind. So i get transferred to the Accounts DEPT and waiting on live chat for about 10 minutes. Anele finally comes in and i ask her, then wait another 10 minutes and she just leaves the chat room. I go back and he transfers me to another accounting and she leaves me as well. can someone check if they accept giftcards and what kind. this is very bad CS

Actually they are one of the most solid and consistent places cashing out I've played at. They aren't A+ for nothing, trust me. What happened to them as far as the depositing goes can happen to any book at any time.

I think giving them an A+ is a blanket statement and they have had payout problems lately. I have even read on other forums that they have had many checks bounce. haven't cashed out there in a while and am just reporting what I have read.
