1 game away from hitting open parlay - how much to hedge?

1 game away, gonna wait for a game I really like. Thinking it might be Giants/Cowboys tomorrow.

How much do I hedge? Be a little more ballsy and hedge only 1K or be more conservative and maybe hedge 3?
