SBR.TV: What file formats are supported?

I tried to upload an MP4 file, but that doesn't work. What types are supported?

Currently SBR.TV should accept the following video file types:

"mov"
"flv"
"wmv"
"wm"
"avi"
"mpg"
"mpeg"
"m4v"

However, we're adding support for additional file types "as we speak".
