you are never "due" to lose. just like the roulette wheel is never "due" to hit the other color. You have to understand the concept of independent events. What happened before tonight has no effect on what will happen tonight.

unless you're going to argue some type of conditional probability due to effects of winning on a team (e.g. emotional high, etc.). just because you won yesterday doesnt mean you have to lose today. they have been winning because they are the best team in the nhl. And they have 2 of the best goalies in the nhl. tukka's save % is .945 Thomas' is .943. strong on defense. strong in net. strong on offense. and they are good on the road. bruins dont have any weaknesses.

the stars are a decent team and +145 is decent value for the home dog... but the bruins have just been playing out of their minds lately. the 6-0 win against fllyers, the 8-0 pummeling of florida... its a no-play for me. the bruins are just playing too well right now for me to bet against them.

Glad I played Bruiins at -165 when I could, parlayed with Washington PL last night. -180 ML probably too much but they should win. Bruins were a little flat against Phoenix and still won. Due to lose theory is meaningless unless you can expect a let down factor or some other reason, i.e. back up goalie in or look ahead factor. Only thing you got going for you is that Dallas will be up for this one, but Bruins can match that intensity and then some.

you never win chasing a team to lose....like 10 years ago when the rays sucked they won 5 in a row...so I started betting against them....they won 13 in a row killed me!
