Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Thing is freaking sick. Incredible is old and blows. The Droid Razr is good, but you can't remove the battery and every now and then droids freeze up and you have to pull the battery to reset, so I wouldn't get that.

There's a button command on the Razr to reset it when it freezes. Even easier than removing the battery.

Didn't know that. Makes it seem a lot better, but still, the nexus is beautiful, light, has android 4.0, and none of the bloatware on the other verizon phones.

Droid incredible is almost the same as the droid X. I have a droid X. Root it and put a custom rom (I use MIUI). It is amazing. Works so much faster, battery lasts a solid 30 hours with normal usage, and its incredibly customizable. It takes a bit of time, but there are tons of guides over at www.xda-developers.com (might have to google that, just wrote the link off the top of my head) on how to do it for each phone.
