If there was a site to play for any significant amount of money, you would be playing against bots which would not be cool.

I don't think most bot programmers have any clue about the amount of gaming theory involved in Monopoly (with offering trades). It won't help you though, unless there were 2+ real players involved in a game that could benefit from positive-sum +EV trades.

I can't say I have ever thought about what would be needed for a successful 'Monopobot' (and I am not going to start now!) but I would agree with you on the 2+ humans being needed.
