IAS asked us for the names of players who were being charged more than the cost of Neteller for an alternate method. Hopefully they will be caught up and credit these fees.

I'm trying to clear out the remainder of my account. I made a Neteller request about 10 minutes ago and it was declined. I contacted their CS department and was told to try back first thing in the morning.

I told them I wanted a cashier's check if neteller didn't work in the moring and they told me that'd be a $45 fee and take 5-6 business days.
