Its really not that big of an issue. She is 14 instead of 16 wooptido. People are making it sound like she is 30 competing with children. She is basically the same age and was the best. Well, hon...the "wooptido" is that that rules state you must turn 16 in the olympic year to participate. Why should one country be allowed to break the rules while other aren't? These girls have worked VERY hard to get where they are. Gymnastics being an extemely demanding sport, many of these women won't be able to return in 4 years. This was their one chance and the gold was taken by someone who allegedly wasn't even supposed to be there.Originally posted by Deuce

They should do an investigation on the judging. Some of those scores of the Chinese gymnasts were complete BS. They cost Alicia Sacramone a medal and gave it to a Chinese girl who FELL down on her vault.
