I've never seen him post exact numbers agreed, but he often claims to have been booted from a number of books for beating them.
Relevant information for which books take what actions against advantage players. This also happens to all advantage players.
I haven't seen a durito pick posted in any of the forums I frequent. (NHL, CFL, MLB)
So?

I've been with Bodog for over 5 years. They are reputable. This is the only time it took over two months to pay.
And I'm hardly a recreational player. I make over 1000 plays a year and have won 5 figures from Bodog. Yet they have never restricted my plays nor anything else shady.
But if u know a book that accepts debit cards let me know. I wouldn't mind trying other books.

True, but he makes a lot of posts that are really unnecessary that tote his figures.

durito is smart.
It's better to have doubters than to prove them right by posting picks.
That's the mistake vanzack made.

I'm not really sure what "posting picks" has to do with the subject here, but I've actually posted plenty of "picks" on this board. I've never claimed I make a lot of money (I don't).
What I posted in this thread was regarding DaggerKobe's experience at Bodog. For those of you that pay attention he started a new thread daily for two weeks about how Bodog had stolen his money and he would never see it again and never play there again, etc. In each on of those thread I told him that Bodog has never stolen from anyone and that he would get paid. Guess what? He got paid. And what did he do five minutes later? He sent the money back to bodog. I guess I'm the only one that finds that odd.
BodogLife.com, under intense scrutiny by the US Government, has laid off hundreds of its employees this week, leading to speculation that the online gambling firm will be leaving the US market.

I wasn't referring to you as a recreational player. It just seems many recreational players prefer an easy/convenient deposit method. Debit/Credit often seems to be the easiest and preferred method thus many have chosen bodog as there book of preference.

That is very true, a few of my friends are football bettors, and are looking for books that accept debit/credit cards for ease of deposit. I have tried to recommend them better books, but it really doesn't matter because I don't they would win enough to even worry about a payout.

None of those posts regarding bodog from me mentioned an amount and none of them were me bragging. I never said I won, you can be withdrawing without having won.
The purpose of them was to hopefully make people like yourself who were waiting excessive amounts of time for payouts feel better by knowing that the book did in fact have money and was processing payouts where they could.
I won't share such information anymore.

There is no quick fix and no magic on/off switch.
They are sitting on a pile of cash and no expedient way to process it.
Their casino far outakes the book. Think about it, how many transactions they need to make. You are talking the largest US facing book in the industry in sheer number of accounts.
Third party processors can't touch them right now. They are too big. They have'nt established the connections outside the US yet to get it done. This a 98% US focused book.
Not saying they did'nt dig their own hole for a number of reasons, but the number of misconceptions flying around will do nothing.

Ugh..... I guess I have to explain myself again.
Bodog for two months told me basically that the check was in the mail when it wasn't. This frustrated me as would anyone. Then my emails would go unanswered which frustrated me even more. Which is why I asked Bill for help. During this time I found out that the Feds confiscated some of their funds from their US processors. So I understood the delay was beyond their control. Had they told me that I wouldn't have vented here.
In summary these are the reasons I chose to return to Bodog:
1. They PAID
2. They acknowledged their mistakes and gave me bonuses
3. They obviously have a good relationship with SBR so future problems can be resolved quickly
4. They are the only book that I know that accepts my Debit card
All that said I hardly complained everyday. There are far more instances of someone going into no pay threads and bragging how they got their 5 figure payout in minutes. How this helps anyone only that person knows. Last time I checked we don't have Neteller any longer nor live in a 3rd world country without the Feds breathing down their necks.

So I understood the delay was beyond their control.
I can quote 50 posts that suggest otherwise.
You obviously don't follow, I think it's perfectly fine to play at bodog. I just find it hilarious that you started 3526345 thread about them not paying you only to finally get your money and turn around 20 seconds later and send it back to them.
You could have saved yourself a shitload of time and effort just leaving the damn money there. In fact the industry would by 1000x better off if people would limit their transactions (and they'd save money).

Leave my money there? This from someone who withdraws "5 figures" every week?
I requested the money almost 3 months prior as I always did each month. When I reach $5k lateau I always request a $3k payout. Why? It's just my way of not blowing it all back.
But what do I know, apprently going into every no pay thread and putting "5 figure in 5 min" supposedly puts their minds at ease.
Oh and the anti-US rhetoric and the 3rd world shilling.

right. they were planning not to pay you until they found out you post at SBR. Every US account that does'nt post at SBR is gonna get stiffed.
the potato chip above said it best, you guys have to make so many needless transactions on a daily basis in a very trying time for the industry and it only makes things worse.
Americans refuse to accept the fact the landscape has changed dramatically post UIGEA. It's all a big scam by the books to steal your money.
You're a good client with BD if you've been their 5 years and post the kind of numbers you talked about. Those are'nt "sharp" numbers by any means, they'd have no reason to limit you, you probabaly deposit frequently. They may well have pulled your file after SBR called looked at your history and bumped you to the front because they'd knew you deposit again given your history, hence the bonus too, you are a good client.
My point is you did'nt get paid BECAUSE of SBR. You would've got it anyways.
Have a good NFL season, and let's hope Bodog is'nt going anywhere, not good for the industry as a whole IMO if they do fold.
Stability overall is what we all need.

Oh you mean they would've paid me eventually meaning they wouldn't stiff me. But what if they would've taken 3 more months to pay? What if they pay in 2015? It certainly meets ur criteria but what if i want to buy a motorcycle with that money today? I mean u don't care because it's not ur money but I do like to get my money in a reasonable time.
I only request a payout once a month unlike durito who requests one every other day.
So all it took for Bodog to give me a bonus was to be inconvenienced for 3 months. If that's the case I'd rather not get a bonus.

I think some people here are missing the big picture.
The American federal government has for all intents and purposes busted Bodog. More than one of the other forums has extensive details of the IRS investigation that led up to the seizure of the $25 mil or whatever it was. It would be naive to think that's the end of it. Ayre had US registered companies in the Bodog conspiracy registered in his own name. IN HIS OWN NAME! He certainly has federal and possibly state indictments against him.
He disappears one night and with the exception of one post on his blog, hasn't been heard from since. A while later, his blog disappears entirely and is replaced by that fraud about the "Calvin Ayre Foundation". It removes all that insane crap about "patent trolls" and settling everything with an MMA match against the bloke who got the $50 million judgment against Bodog for patent violation and who got the Bodog.com URL taken away.
Here's some food for thought about those still thinking of shooting their money off to Bodog...
How is it that a company which supposedly made its owner a billionaire just over two years ago isn't paying out any more? Could it be that its "financial statements" were entirely fictitious, as fictitious as the statements made to people way back to get them to invest in the Bicer Medical scam that got Ayre banned from the stock markets for 20 years? What ever would make any of you think he became an honest man after that? What?
Who owns Bodog now? What kind of people would step up and say "Yes, please, US DOJ, I'd like my name on that indictment now." Do you think those are the kind of people who lay awake at night wondering how they are going to get your withdrawal processed.
People who have known Calvin Ayre for 20 years have been banned from every forum but one for forecasting precisely what we are seeing today.
It's not like you didn't have fair warning.

As of now we have detailed updates from Bodog on all the disputes we have been sent. Most involved confirmation numbers. I am at the bash, so I will be emailing the updates to individual players tomorrow morning.
If you are having an issue with them still and aren't get results, email me at josh@sportsbookreview.com, and I will get an update from bodog. The updates seem to be coming same day, so you should be a quick response from here on out.
I need account number, email address, amount of money requested (and/or issue) and when you requested it.

I don't think anyone said Ayre ever had a billion dollars cash, he was a billionaire becasue he owned a billion dollar business based on projected earnings, I think they made 65 million or so the year befire the article.

Fair enough, no one ever said he had a billion cash.
But...and people should get this very clear. There are not, and never were, any Bodog financial statements ever given out under the authority of anyone remotely recognized as an accountant or bound to the truth anywhere at any time. How Forbes ever got it so wrong is probably best summed up in this quote from Big Mo at another place...
Turns out this ecomm co. (read "EBanx") has hooked a big fish, a very big fish, (read "Bodog")which has had 3 years in a row of triple digit growth, currently is doing a quarter billion in business (verified by an independent source who interviewed their ceo (read "Ayre") and he told him so himself), has unique features which promise to blow the lid off their industry, and is recommended far and wide by very influential individuals, who think this company is poised to overtake industry leadership. Which is just going to rocket the stock FUNN.
I've added the bold for clarity.
The second flaw in the "projected earnings" argument is that you can't "project" earnings for a company whose earnings come from criminal operations in the only country where they have any real earnings. A London based market analysis pointed that out rather sarcastically when Forbes did that calculation on Bodog's worth. Criminal enterprises don't have a "market value".
