TT, be firm. You are the commish. Prove everyone wrong here. It is almost certain some won't pay. I'm sure most will. Do yourself a favor if you don't want the burden of holding the points. Have someone hold them for you.

These leagues usually never end well. I was in a baseball league here with him and I think he and I were the only people to pay the winner out of 10 or 12 teams.
