I never tried to lift that much, I do light weights, so that I could do more reps,trying to get more cut not stronger... but if I tried, I probably could....

Thanks JRS, The Saints might creep up on some of the top teams this year, only if they can fix the pass defense, I think Gay will step in and do a good job, we also have Aaron Glen which will provide leadership that the Saints lacked last year.....

Man, if the saints had a top 10 defense they could make a superbowl run no problem... but yea i get over there every once and awhile... Hard Rock is my fav, although i slide over to the IP every now and then...
