Do you have Microsoft Word? You may find it advantageous to do a write-up, giving the justification for your daily pick. After the game, include a post-game write up on why you won or lost, and what affected the outcome... i.e. injury, poor shooting, home field advantage, rest, travel, poor coaching, starting goalie... whatever. I would not suggest this for most people wanting to bet on sports, but as you seem to enjoy this betting style, it might work out better for you. My thinking behind this is, the knowing why you lost will benefit your Pre-Game write-up. Just an idea, good luck tomorrow JJ.
