Very true. Most places are so corporate right now and tight with comping that you want a host that the property values who can take chances and get away with it or a break in that doesn't know any better yet. Those middle of the pack ones are just hoping to keep their jobs.

My belief is that most here doing the same..............99.9% of us here(and most do) should be thankful for what we each have in terms of much more than just money........be it friends, lifestyle, health, and a batch of other things.

Stated a few weeks back, don't really use that many gaming coupons over the course of the year, BUT NEVER A MONTH GOES BY WHERE I DO NOT...................like right now have hundreds of matchplay coupons laying in my desk drawers....................Thus, if I know I'm headed to a particular casino for a play today, will take a matchplay coupon with and play it at the correspounding casino...........takes less than a minute to do such.

The above relates to just MATCHPLAY coupons....................there are many other coupons that are much more valuable and that I use yearly............one was mentioned in this thread, the 3X pts coupon at the Palms..................this coupon alone netted me an extra $250 for one days work/play................and could/would have been worth more to others if their desire was to work/play longer hours than I did.

If a person has a fixed residual income or retirement savings and can finance their gambling and lifestyle with +EV VP playing, why on earth would you care about earning a few bucks more an hour to be a burger flipper??

math can fluctuate wildly based on mailers

for example, at one point potawatomi was sending me $75/week in free play and i was maybe playing 20 hrs/month... so that's $15/hour from the mailers
