Rick Perry was either drunk and or drugged or he hired an acting debating coach-mentor that said if he could be a Dean Martin impersonator, it would score big points in the polls.He was getting into laughing jags and roaming around the stage like he was holding court at a roast.The suit he had on was one from the old Batman tv series that a character named Louie the lilac wore.It was all so cartoonish.Actually,it was sort of endearing compared to Obama.
