With all the scrutiny involving offshore gaming transactions, have any US players been given any grief over a book sending funds into their bank account via ACH recently. I thought after the UIGEA this would be impossible, but it seems a lot of books are still sending funds to players bank accounts this way. Any information appreciated.

#5hmm good call lol. The US gov't is making money left and right taking money from Nevada State Bank accounts, that Neteller run was great a couple years ago, and I don't think they want to stop. It's more lucrative to catch "criminals" and seize these funds instead of regulating the industry. I just hope that the money seized by the US gov't goes to some public school districts or something.Comment
