Guys, look at it this way. It makes the community more diverse, we now have another area where we can unwind, be ourselves a little more and talk about pretty much anything we would in the Private Zone. It's a new feature, not everyone will like it, but it certainly enhances the atmosphere here. Give it some time and it will grow on you.

SBR is and always was more than just 'a forum'.

We're as old as the guy in your avatar. We dont want to learn new tricks. And if anything grows on us, we go to the doc and get some penicillian to kill it. Players talk will become obsolete. And it will hurt SBR. If it aint broke, dont fix it.

Nicky chat will be hot for the first week then everyone will be back in the forum, the chat is best for in game stuff etc but for winning plays and analysis you have to use the forum

Wouldn't be a bad thing. "Players Talk" is the worst part about SBR. Now, instead of people using the main forum to chat and spew BS, they can actually use something that was intended for that very purpose.

The problem Ive got with the chat is its too much effort, with the messages its an every couple of minute thing, with the chat theres no break. I get that a lot of people like it, Ive just never gotten into it, horses for courses I suppose.
RJT: Every sport and every possible betting angle is covered by a forum on this site, players talk is.......just that.

OK, Im gonna try to be constuctive so Big John doesn't think we were bashing his expansion. I personally find I can dip into the threads and reply to what I want to and skip what I dont although I usually read most. I find it hard to follow a conversation with 40 people talking at once, I find it takes too much concentration. In my view, for what its worth, the chat will be a fad but people willdrift back here because the chat has got a shelf life of about an hour before you have a splitting headache.
