Quick!!! Hedge Advice. Please and thanks
    PARLAY (3 TEAMS) (FP)
    [303] COWBOYS (DAL) -7-115
    [204] OHIO UNIVERSITY +1-110
    [605] ,ALABAMA -2-110

    0 / 581 (this is a 100 freeplay)

    PARLAY (3 TEAMS)
    [303] COWBOYS (DAL) -7-115
    [605] ,ALABAMA -2-120 (B+½)
    [613] ,NEW MEXICO -2-130 (B+1)

    200 / 1013

I obviously cant assume the Cowboys will cover, even though its 21-0, its the Cowboys so who knows what will happen. But if we assume the Cowboys cover, what would you do to possibly hedge?

I like the Alabama and New Mexico picks you never know, they could both lose.

Forget about hedging the second parlay.

Even for the first, you are giving away a lot in terms of juice and Alabama winning by 2 would be a terrible result if (as with most freeplays) ties lose. If you understand this but still want to proceed a bet of around USD 220 on K.State +2 would be a decent partial hedge. This would mean you would win a net USD 361 if Alabama cover and USD 200 if they don't.

It just isn't worth it. Hedging isn't something that should enter your mind on a three-teamer when you have one winner unless something has changed fundamentally. The return (net odds) you get is only just over half of what it would be for a straight bet on Dallas.

What the OP is trying to say, "hey guys I made an awesome parlay and am going to win. I'll look desperate because I want attention."

moneyline parlay in case you lost both. if you got middled by winning a game by a pt or something then thats the breaks

People hedge their bets way too much. You should only hedge if it's big time money for you, you have a great middling opportunity, or you change your mind on the last game. Except in those instances, you're giving away profits long term if you are hedging often.
