Bodog payout fraud/delay?

    From what I see from the replies, there are people who have positive feedback and very negative feedback about the site. It is about a cointoss.

    What happened to me gambling my money is my problem. The original post was to see if others had problems like i did with the delay and verification process. How my documents got verifed after being denied, anyone in my situation would be skeptical, as a new user on the site. I felt that they did it....how could i not?

        thangster i went through the same shit and agree with you completely i had to send documents over 6 times everytime it was all legit. I will never use a CC again for a deposit.

          I have my verification docs in a clear PDF file, that can be easily emailed to a sportsbook. Anyone that gambles and plans to eventually cash out should have it. If you don't have the equipment to do it, go to a Kinkos or UPS store and they can do it for you.

              Sucks man. I sent them my verification documents and it was verified in 30 minutes. Anytime Ive cashed out 500 and under its always been exactly a 24 hour wait. If you really needed the money theres no reason to play in the casino. That was your choice.

              In an ideal world, a sportsbook wouldnt even let you play with the funds youve requested to cash out. But sportsbooks love the degenerates who crave more winnings, and then lose it all before the process of approval is through.

              Sorry for your loss. But if you think about it Bodog/Bovada was in no way trying to screw you. 500 dollars is irrelevant to them.

                  I just want to clarify that bodog licensees have nothing to do with Bovada.lv. They are run by totally different companies. If you are located in Canada you are dealing with the Bodog.ca team and me as a forum fact checker and brand ambassador as I work for bodog.

                  Also, none of the bodog brand licensees would ever try and screw a customer. This is why I'm asking the OP to send me an account number, I will have a Senior CS Manger look into this and solve the issue.

                    anyone have good experience with them?

                      From the thread alone, it seems like some people really do like them but others dispise them. we'll see...they took almost 24 hours to even reply to me about a payment enquiry when their site says 30 mins- 1hour..unacceptable. I did try to solve the problem

                        I do have a particular situation on my hands that I have never in my life seen before. In my opinion this is a very serious problem. So here goes it!

                        Last week on the on the 8th i was approved for a cashout of 1500.
                        on the 10th i was approved for a cashout of 1100.
                        on the 11th was approved for a payout of 108 dollars.

                        First two payouts came with a 4 business day estimate of payout. Still havent got it.

                        But heres the god damn kicker Becky.
                        I look at my checking account online on friday and guess what.

                        I have a preauthorized debit for 108 dollars that put my account negative. How is this possible???
                        How could a payout be mistaken for a deposit and not only that Becky.

                        The money wasnt put into my ebalance account. Lol. 108 dollar debit lost in time.

                        I contacted cs and they said send a pic of ur online statement and we will look into it.

                        So heres what i did. printscreen showing my checking account number so they could verify it and at the top a 108 debit.

                        HMMMMMM..... i send it in get an email from the verification department saying this

                        Dear Mr.Blank,

                        Thank you for contacting Bodog Financial Services.

                        We have received your documentation, thank you. However, your documentation was incomplete as the copy was blurry and does not show your name.

                        We ask that you resend a copy of your Bank Statement showing your name, bank name, bank account number and the transactions running from December 11, 2011 up to the present. Please send this to verification@bodog.ca.
                        If you require any further assistance, please contact us at the number listed below.

                        called them out outraged was not blurry at fkn all...let them know i was not fkn around. Supervisor on the phone stated he would contact verificaiton department and let them know the image was fine.

                        Still havent gotten any of my money.. will keep u posted

                                          1) Time to process payout.
                                          Nov 5th 2013: Requested payout
                                          Nov 7th 2013: Payout processed, Please note that it may take an average of 7 business days before you receive your payment.
                                          2) Time to receive payout (in my hand)
                                          Nov 11th 2013: Received check via Fedex
                                          3) Time funds are available in my account (ie check cleared).
                                          Nov 12th 2013: Deposited check in my account (Check looked legit from Royal Bank of Canada)
