I was just talking to my dad, who was only vaguely familiar with him. This whole Tebow love/hate phenomenon began after that Miami game. Before that I would 75% of fans thought he was an oddity without the traditional quarterback skills to win a game.
He won that game without rational explanation.
Got pounded by Detroit beacuse he wasn't running an offense that was suited to his style of play.
Offense was revamped and the Broncos ran for almost 300 yards on the Raiders.
4th Quarter comeback against the Jets
4th Quarter comeback and OT win against the Chargers.
4th Quarter comeback against the Vikings
4th Quarter comeback and OT win against the Bears.
None of these wins make any sense. It may be best for your dad to watch the Patriots/Denver game in entirety. The talking heads will flash back to his high points of the season and talk through all of the criticism he has had.Comment -
