Yep, I remember the 49er's O-line looking really horrible on Thanksgiving playing in the East Coast on five days rest. Alex Smith had a terrible game with all those sacks and ended up posting a miserable 61.1 passer rating. That's really low. But you know who had an even worse performance against that same Baltimore defense earlier this year? Ben Roethlisberger with his 52.9 rating including three interceptions.

I don't understand why you'd acknowledge a reason to be critical of a team and yet selectively apply it to only one of the teams in the matchup.

I don't see how Alex Smith and the 49ers are capable of beating the Steelers by double digits. The 49ers can't beat most NFL teams by double digits. They are a FG kicking team. I'd be surprised if 40 points were scored in this game. Probably be pretty similar to the Ravens-Steelers game earlier this year.

Gore has not been 100% for months, injuries piling up everywhere. This is the season on MNF.

the pitt q.b. showed me alot last game I don't think anyone in the leaque would have done what rothlesburger did, playing the second half with a high ankle sprain . I have had three of those in my life and all three they put a hard cast on and I was out for 6 weeks, if he plays he may as well wear a superman cape . I give the nod to pittburgh by just a little ,just on pure balls.

49ers have a good defense, they are tough to beat and Big Ben is injured. He is no Romo , so he will probably not do very well vs them. Just remember, the Steelers only average 1.2 more points per game then the Broncos.
