That was Foster Brooks' main schtick other than appearing on the Match Game and as a guest star for TV shows in the 60s and 70s. Here's another one with Dean Martin that's pretty good.

Yea that was his act...I remember always watching Dean crack up to high heaven when Brooks was on the show.
