its suppose to be easy for any team to score- if you can dive into that blue area and get the ball off before they foul you or you foul them doing it- its pretty much a guaranteed goal on anyone.

Thanks. I am certainly not going to recommend that anyone bets them at the odds they are at US facing books and the spread looks a bit onerous for a team that likes to get a lead and control the game.

Handball is a real sport and in very popular in continental Europe. It is not really played here in the UK, which is a pity.

Hedged off my position on Norway when it was 16-9, so am just sitting and watching now to see if I can pick up some pointers for the semi-finals.

Yeah, they look very strong. I got it off at 1.03/1.04 at Betfair (-3330/-2500) so I am not too unhappy about doing it.

Thoughts on Brazil/Spain?
Home advantage should be a big edge and I haven't seen anything from Spain that would suggest they are going to win this.

ive seen a couple brazil games and they're all around strong and have a lot of contributors. spain looked really fast against australia but australia really blows so you cant really get a good read on anything. plus brazil is at home And has competent goal keeping.

No play for me but I will watch. Hope that Brazil win so that the odds for Norway in the semi are a few cents higher. At this point, I expect an Norway v France final.

I have France as 3 goal favourites over Denmark and Norway as 2 goal favourites over Spain.

i like france but would rather have them moneyline for sure. especially after a day like today with all those closely contended matches with these good teams. i might lay off this sport here, its easier to take the underdog ats with a lot of points or the over or the favorite minus a few against a bad team.

My numbers were pretty close! Both are 2.5 goal handicaps.
Have played both MLs (France and Norway) for tonight's matches as straight bets. I also added a bet on Norway to win the tournament outright @ +150.
