i had an old friend from my neighborhood who used to love watching them Faces of Death movies. I never got into them, but to each their own i guess.

Part of faces of death is real, part of it is fake....look after it on the net....for example the electric chair scene is fake.

About Cannibal Holocaust...it's a fake movie, BUT the director used real animals for some scenes, and their deaths are very real....and shocking
