I think the only people that can really answer this question is Deuce, Nicky, and JJ. Hopefully one of them can explan who Jack is.

It is just another corporation name I use for tax reasons, the more companies you have the more you can claim bankruptcies and get other tax benefits. I actually consult under Jack Klein if any of you are interested.
