Any Books To Read To Help Stop Gambling??
Searching this AM on google and do not see much, does anyone know a good book that actually specifies strategies for sportsbetting and how to quit? Bread pay attention to this thread.

    Thanks

don't worry gordie, he ain't quitting.. trust me on this.. i have yet to meet one gamber that wanted to quit.. actually QUIT.. what makes JJ COLE any different.. it's impossible to get out.. no one can.. don't you boys understand what an addiction is.. even coke addicts who quit, only quit when they have no more money, and then once they get a hold of any type of cash, they run to the dealer for more coke..

                    gambling is a serious disease..

This is you rationalizing your addiction... by failing to admit that you can get out of it, you can play the "I don't have a choice" card.

I don't know whether JJ is actually considering quitting or not, but this isn't the first time you've made posts like this.

It is a real disease, and addiction is crippling and absolutely hard as hell to quit, and there will always be a piece of you that wants action even if you quit...

But it is not impossible. Plenty of people have overcome addiction to drugs, alcohol, and gambling by admitting they have a problem, getting proper help and counseling, and having outstanding willpower.
