Where's All The Free Stuff From The Books. I'm Pissed!

Can't even get a girlie calendar or rotation book. I mean how hard is it to get 12 decent looking, young Ticas to pose semi-nude, better yet nude, and produce a calendar these days? Why did I even ask? It would be real easy. I loved those calendars, even after they became stained.

No free coffee samples. No free Amoroso handmade Honduran cigars in a real swell wooden stash box. No free tee shirts or free ball caps. No free sports themed charcoal grills.

Any body else ever get one of the baseball grills years ago? Fukking thing looks like a big white Jack-In-The-Box logo head with red stitches on it. It's so cool looking. I've only used it one time in 6 years and regret doing that. Was gonna save it in mint condition for an Antiques Roadshow way down the road. Can't remember, but I'm sure I got some other free stuff too.

OK don't need mouse pads or sports pagers anymore. But bookies step up to the plate... give us something free already. BetUS always send ya free stuff at Christmas time. Sent me a small rechargeable speaker last year. I was originally thinking wtf am I supposed to do with this stupid thing? You brought back some fond memories. I got the coffee and the cigars before. No baseball grill for me... I got a football-shaped table-top grill though. I left it outside, never used it, and it got all rusty so I tossed it. Some of my other nicer gifts from back in the day were bottles of wine and poker chip sets in metal cases.

I got a t-shirt and hat from thegreek's NCAA Tourney contest last spring, but other than that, I haven't received any gifts in a very long time. Just one more thing to miss about the good old days.

I got a plasma TV as a Christmas gift from Empire Poker (PartyPoker skin back in day) - had no business relationship with them (from sites I do I've gotten all sorts of stuff), this purely as high volume SNG grinder back in the old days. From sportsbooks I got the coffee (I can't remember who sent it but it wasn't a site I was friendly with and no way in hell I was going to drink it *don't send the check, send him a batch of that poison coffee and hope we don't hear from him again* also got a watch from VIP Sports probably over 10 years ago. I don't have my address on file anywhere anymore and also never plan to return to the US, so will miss this - but I do agree 100%. If I had saved them I'd probably have enough bookmaker mouse pads to hook all of SBR up. Too bad they all says .com.

Customers cost more than ever to get, service, and retain. There's less of them now. Companies really need to watch how they spend their cash if they want to get anywhere near the bottom line figures of the early to mid 2000's. When you do splurge on customers it's just easier to give out free bonuses and such. Also, we did a few surveys a couple years back and over 75% of people said they rather get free plays.

OP, some books still send schedules but you need to request them.
