With such a small group of humans evolving into bigger and bigger freaks of nature physically and lacking very little intellegence collectively... it really makes sense that majority of them are all friends now.
The owners had these dopes right where they wanted em' and gave into a deal that will still allow them to act like overpaid bafoons and further enhance "friendship over hate" through out the league... which will result in more player collusion and a less competitive product overall... quite baffling I must say.

Kobe and others are the exception for sure. Vince Carter is the worst. Guy cares more about the other team than he does his own teammates.

Teams like Toronto, Minnesota, Indiana suffer the most. Not only do the players want to jump ship to the super team, the teams are in the best cities in the US! Miami, New York, LA... it's killing the league, it has to be stopped or owners will just give up eventually

they should watch this Saturday, Real Madrid x Barcelona soccer game. Blood, Trash talk before and after, money, millions and millions of viewers (one simple soccer match during a 38 game season will surpass in the order of ten's of millions the audience of tv viewers the Superbowl)..... This game is all about rivalry!!

Once again, coach knocks this one out of the park.
Effectively, going to have 4 or 5 all-star type teams, and then whore-shit teams. Howard/Paul literally want to just sign up for the Lakers.
Also, the salary really not a big deal anymore. $16 or $12 Mill, who cares? They can live on it, or blow it, just the same. Not like old-school guys who earned every penny.
Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?

Whole league just kisses each others asses the whole season. No fierce rivalries anymore.

The Detroit/Pacers used to be pretty heated with Artest and Wallace. Nothing like that anymore.

Here's a real Rivalry. CFL. Joe Kapp and Angelo Mosca. Still fighting after 48 years.
