City is pretty trashy. Visited once for a buddy's wedding, trash all over the streets, every 4-5th house boarded up or burned. Dont quite remember but I was told the rich side was outside the city towards the northside??? But the neighborhood I was in wasnt that bad. It was ghetto but I can deal with that. Was also told of dangerous areas of the city not to go to. My friend also said the police dont even investigate murders. Not a good city overall, but I can say that about areas of St. Louis too.
