i think they just say day of game, i think i am always asleep whenever they first go up

Day of the game usually, but I have seen any time between 10 AM and 12 Noon ET.

Yeah I have seen around the same times as LT. Once NFL reg season starts they were usually always up by 10am est last year but since the preseason games are at night they will probably be up around noon est.
