Does it hurt to donate blood? I nearly pass out when I get a blood test. I cried like a baby about 4 years ago when I had to get an IV for surgery.

I used to donate a good amount you think AB+ is bad? I have O blood type they treat me like I am jesus call 2-3 times a month it does not really hurt its kinda cool watching your blood fill the bag too

Downgrade blood donation centers for cold calling. Blood isn't worth money, but plasma... thats another story. Have no clue what it is but the fact that the donation centers always in the ghetto or by college campuses makes me a little weary.

It releives stress IMO too the blood donor centers give you gifts and free food if you go in, but yah Plasma you can get money for they seperate the blood from the cells and it takes like a 2-3 hour donation session to do and you can do it frequently blood donors can only go in once a month plasma donors can go 2-3 times a month I think

Your first mistake was to donate. You should always get paid for that sht. These blood places make a fortune off the blood you might as well get a piece of the coin.

We've had the massive flood this summer and due to that alot of organizations are seeing lower fundraising and turnouts, this includes donating blood. I consider it as I was stepping up to do the right thing 1x for once. Then I get cold called like my bookie looking to get paid... its like WTF

Seriously though. I could see someone get their arm chopped off and I wouldn't cringe. But if I get a paper cut, it really icks me out.
