you do, but bankroll does not have to be offshore, a significant portion can be in the bank or cash that you are ready to send offshore

Correct, basically how much you are willing to risk overall is what "bankroll" covers.
Part of the budget can be anywhere.

The larger your bankroll, the more you can lose..
But like the stock market, the larger your bankroll, the more likely you'll make money.

This should be common sense for anyone wanting to gamble. Fortunately its not, thus books stay in business

No way in hell I'm putting 5K into a book. That kind of money goes into the legal casino, the stock market where you can make rational informed choices.
No matter how much anyone "handicaps".....your still just guessing. Eventually you will get slammed. Thats why the books are in business.

having 5K spread out into 3-4 books for a 100 dollar bettor is more like it.

Nasdaq, Amex, NYSE, etc.
Thats where the big boys gamble mike. When they come home, they bet on sports with pocket change and scraps to further entertain.

It is the correct way to do it Francis.
Problem is, many bet what is in their pocket, go bust.....check their pockets in a few days...bet whats in their pockets again....go bust....A never ending degenerate cycle.
Its a sick, barreled in, yet common, way to go about it.

Wrong, all you need is $100.
If you had $5000 you could be a $5000 bettor, at least one time.
C'mon Frankie, get with the program.

Go to a "legal" casino and drop it all on red or black - who knows you just might end up getting lucky!

You could start with a dime and spot bet each game for $100 and you might hold your own.

I'm not sure but I think my bankroll is larger than my 401k currently. Is that bad? I'm 25
