A miskick, deflection, attempt to block but diverting ball into your own net (Matt Upson) - apart from Mick Harford scoring for Luton Town when he played for Derby in the late 80s I do not know of any other scored on purpose. I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few (well wasn't there 100+ in a game once??)
