Pokerstars wins again, this chick has made herself look like
a real nut case all along this road, she finally had enough
    and caved in.

    Al,

At the same time, I think she should have been paid. Thing is, she wasn't using a bot or colluding, all we know is she's the sister of a poker pro, in a huge MTT like that collusion is not going to be a factor that you can plan around. So maybe the guy entered a second account and played for her, whatever. It's the internet, things like that are going to happen. Had that account been more well known by the railbirds and fellow players, this extensive investigations probably never launched. Big deal, the lady had someone else playing for her.

Crazy this has been a long drawn out affair, which i have
discussed alot with others, although i'm in agreement about it not
being a case of blatant cheating, rules were broken, P.S had nothing
to gain by this happening as everyone moved up a notch, same payouts.

What can one say, we all know in reg type games and smaller
tourneys probably thousands have at one point let others play under there own accounts, but if your going to try that in the biggest tournament online
make sure they can't prove the many things they did prove.

just one example.............. her bro got knocked out much earlier in
the same event under his real name and IP address of xxxxxxx, yet
the winner also played from that address at critical stages of the tourney.
The rules do state do that............. and you forfeit for part of the prize pool.

So you see Crazy if you ever wanted me to finish up a tourney
for you, which i would always be happy to do, unless i could run
on over to your house and play from there that same puter, my
advice would be not to let me or anyone else play from a different
puter as you risk to much, in this case 1.2 mil.

Anything that remotely looks suspicious in any form their gets
      the serious look over.

I must of got 10 e-mails over the course of my playing there about 5 years,
telling me that at a certain sit&go i was playing at a week earlier, they found
2 players playing in collusion your account has been refunded$220.....they'll
never tell you the players name.

Welcome to the online poker industry. There is no doubt that everytime you log in and play, you are susceptible to being hustled in one way or another. Whether it is blatant or not, is besides the point, it has and always will exist. If players have a question about the intergity of the game on line, it is very simple...dont play. There will never come a time that it is 100% on the up and up. To many variables for that to happen.

What bullshit, who gives a fuk if it's you or someone else playing, in an enormous MTT who cares if you play two players, it's not going to make even a shread of difference, wow they not only stole the 1.2 fukin million she won BUT are actually have the balls to make her pay THEIR legal fees, c'mon pstars get a fukin life... they make millions a day runnin that site and need her to pay for the legal fees they incurred to confiscate her money what a joke, be lucky if pstars owner doesn't get a bad case of lead poisoning with those kind of business practices
