I'm an Italian Canadian myself, grew up with lots of guys like me, Nicky knows what I'm talking about, his mannerisms and way of speaking screamed "ITALIAN/CANADIAN". The vids confirmed it.

plommer, i am from East LA.. they love hockey here. the habs here are bigger than soccer is in mexico or england. koivu and kovalev for the habs, are bigger in east LA than beckham is in england and pele was in brazil back in the days, and bigger than Jordan was in chicago in the 90's..

you have no idea how much they love their hockey here in east LA.. they love the habs, and so do i..

why cant i be from east LA and love hockey.. every kid here has a habs hockey jersery.. if i open the window now, i will see 234 kids playing ball hockey on the street.

Nicky I'm from LA too and the hockey population around here is 0. They sure as hell aren't habs fans, why would East LA kids care about the Montreal Canadians??? I've never seen a Canadian jersey outside of a Kings game EVER.

Me and you are a rare breed, hockey fans in LA. There are no kids wearing hab jerseys, come on.

Comparisons to soccer are flat out insane... I guarantee you if you asked 2000 East LA kids who Saku Koivu was less then 7 would know the answer.
