I just don´t get it...

...what do I have to do in order to upload an image? I don´t want it to be an attachment since it is too small then, I see alot of people posting pictures right into their post...how does that work?

The image needs to be hosted/have a URL.

You need to upload it to an image hosting site like tinypic or Photobucket.
