Correct. Since I first posted they've done it 3 times. The only times it's done are for goals/penalty shots. Maybe they are having server errors or something.

It's sometimes fun live betting and watching on tv (tv has delay of up to seconds) and suddenly you'll see suspended on the screen and get excited because you know something big is going to happen very soon
